The fabric of the coat and hat was rich, gorgeous and far better quality than you would expect for a costume. The dress beneath was longer than I expected, very thin, and built to fall apart. The belt and bustier/vest were slightly better. I ended up getting a leather corset from another vendor and a different dress which still needed modification. I splurged because I knew it wouldn't be a one time costume, but the only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars was the price.

This is the perfect pirate costume you could ever get! The Jacket is a little tight, the dress and corset isn't good quality, I have a peasant shirt in my photos and my own corset. If you had to wear the dress and corset caution if your in the curvy side like me. I am wearing a medium, and I'm glad I switch to the Medium because I am 5'2 and the Jacket would have been dragging on the ground if I had gotten a large. The Jacket is 100% nicer in person! It really makes me feel like a pirate from back in the day! ^^*

Beautiful costume! The jacket is well made from heavy weight fabric. I purchased the Medium size. The jacket was a touch long on me (I'm 5' 4 1/2") and there was a little room to spare on all pieces (probably could've ordered a small but was being cautious) I highly recommend this costume if you are considering it. It looks even better in person and received lots of compliments. My measurements because I find it helpful when others note theirs :)- 34/28/38 and around 130#.

This is great, way better than what I was expecting. Perfected my Harley Quinn costume.

The quality of the hat and coat is fantastic, very thick and beautiful fabric. The length of the coat is true to size, the overal fit of the coat is a bit smaller than a large. The corset was way too small, as was the belt and the dress. The dress is made of rubbish fabric and is see through and very small, it did not fit at all. Luckily I ordered an extra corset somewhere else as well as a dress, so I had replacements. Again: the coat and hat are beautiful. Not suited for a hot climate though, which is unfortunately exactly the climate I have to wear it in, but I'll cope ;-)

Loved this costume. Quality was better then expected. Missing boot covers contacted customer service they sent out right away, so was able to have them for party...

This is the best costume ever!! I actually bought it for the long coat to be worn anywhere. Looks good with jeans and boots. I’m 5’3” 135 lbs. Bought a large then return it because the arms of the coat were way too tight. Then got the XL. Coat now fits arms great. Just a bit too long because of the XL size. Hat is very big but fits perfectly. Accessories all fit nice. Dress is flimsy like it’s made from cheese cloth but still cute. All together this is a great costume. And MADE IN THE USA, how could you go wrong.

Got this as part of a costume. Just what I needed. I have small wrists but it fit just fine. It does stretch a little for people with thicker wrists.

These fit great, I love the detail but I wish they came with an elastic instead of this long cord to tie it with. Oh well...they still look good and they are comfy without looking weird.

Like all the other reviews the only thing cheap is the dress they send, I bought a different dress to wear under the jacket, besides that the best costume ever.. Bought this costume for the Renaissance Fair in Texas & I got so many compliments.

The cuffs are great

The coat is the only worthwhile piece of this costume, it is really pretty! The dress is a single layer of cheesecloth, hat needs some shaping, belt is ok. I have a leather under bust corset & different dress to supplement the gorgeous coat.

Runs small. Fabric on the coat is really heavy. Reminds me of a rug. Will be great on a cold night. Well made, pretty colors and buttons. Kinda expensive.

I bought XLG have a 38 bust fit tied, Beautiful and great quality. Don’t get it you’re hot natured. Kept it to wear at a cooler event. The dress is a rag, see through !! I put lace and sew a black ruffle up under it to make it less shorter and look like a Parrothead dress.

I usually wear XS, ordered a small, but the jacket runs small across the shoulder. It is well made, just runs small.I will reorder in a Medium and hopefully that fits; because I really like the jacket quality.

One of best costumes I've ever bought. The quality of it was remarkable. Very well made & easy to wear. Tons of complements & worth every penny. Underneath dress was very thin & not work appropriate; however, ruffled shirt & pants worn underneath worked even better. Assesorized it with Pirate sword & knee high boots; however, could also be worn to Renaissance Fair.

These fit great for part of my Halloween costume. They seem well made and there aren't any tatters or extra strings fraying off them.

They're cute for what they are but I did not realize that it was made of a quilted fabric.

Absolutely loved loved loved the costume. Just not meant for us short girls. I'm just short of 5'3" and the coat just dragged on the ground where I would of stepped all over it :( was so sad

Love the coat, although a bit uncomfortable with no lining at all. Under dress is pretty awful but if you cut off the terrible scrunching and put a slip under you can make it work. Good overall quality

I wear. Size 12 and the x-large coat is tight especially in the arms. Other then that the cost is beautiful. Like most people mentioned the dress and riuffles on the sleeves are very cheap and unravel.

The coat was beautiful.

Love this costume. Great quality, and everything it said it came with was there. Comes with a zip up cover for storage. The sleeves were a bit sort bit do able.
