Sizing & Fit

What size corset, lingerie, or costume should I order?

Each product has its own detailed size guide available on the product page. Because fit and structure vary between styles, materials, and brands, we strongly recommend checking the specific size guide for each item before purchasing.

If you are between sizes or unsure, sizing up is usually recommended for comfort.

Are your corsets true waist-training corsets?

Yes. Our Classic and Modern Corset ranges feature authentic steel boning and structured construction designed for shaping and support. Fit will feel firm and structured compared to fashion corsets, so always follow the size guide closely.

Orders & Processing

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

  • In-stock, non-custom items:

    Processed and dispatched within 1–7 business days
  • Custom-made corsets:

    Require 7–14 business days to be made before dispatch

Once dispatched, tracking details are sent to your customer email address.

How do I know if my item is custom made?

The product page will clearly state if an item is custom made and requires extended processing time. This information will also be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing quickly. Once processing has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom-made items. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@naughtykittenclothing.com within 24 hours of making order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

From dispatch, shipping typically takes 7–21 days worldwide, depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Why are items from the same order arriving separately?

This can happen if:

  • One or more items are custom made
  • Items ship from different production partners or locations

Each package will have its own tracking number, and no additional shipping charges apply.

Where is my order?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (AEST), excluding Australian public holidays.

If your order is within the processing timeframe, please check your shipping confirmation email for tracking.

Where are my tracking details?

racking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched:

  • 1–7 business days for standard items
  • 3–14 business days for custom-made items

Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received them.

Shipping Providers & Rates

Which shipping carriers do you use?

  • Roma Costume Collection:
    Shipped from the USA via USPS

  • Naughty Kitten Classic & Modern Corsets:
    Shipped via DHL from our distribution centres

All orders include tracking.

How is shipping calculated?

Corset Collections (DHL):

  • Orders $1–$149 AUD → $20 AUD flat rate
  • Orders $150+ AUD → Free shipping

Roma Costume Collection (USPS):

  • Shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Free Shipping in the USA for Roma Products
  • Available options:

    USPS First Class

    USPS Priority

    USPS Express

What if my order includes both corsets and Roma costumes?

If your order contains both, only the Roma shipping rate applies.

No additional shipping is charged for corset items in mixed orders.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes — if your item meets the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item.

How do I start a return?

Email info@naughtykittenclothing.com to begin the process.

If approved, we’ll send you a Returns & Refunds Form and postage instructions.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are available only if return criteria are met.

We do not accept exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds, exchanges, or store credit are processed at the original purchase value shown on your invoice.

What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

We’re very sorry! Please email info@naughtykittenclothing.com and our team will assist you promptly.

Why can’t my item be returned?

Returns cannot be accepted if:

  • More than 14 days have passed
  • The returns process was not followed
  • Proof of purchase is missing
  • Item was marked Sale or Clearance
  • Item has been worn, used, or altered
  • Tags or original packaging are missing
  • Item is not eligible per policy

Can I return sale or clearance items?

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by our Returns Team.

I haven’t received my return confirmation email — what should I do?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Allow 24–48 business hours for response (Mon–Fri, AEST)
  • Ensure the correct returns process was followed
  • Contact us if needed for assistance

Can I return multiple orders in one parcel?

Yes, provided the returns process has been approved for each order prior to sending items back.

Can items purchased with gift cards be returned?

Yes — if eligible under the Returns Policy.

Approved returns are issued as store credit via a Naughty Kitten Clothing Gift Card.
