What size corset or costume should I order?

We have a comprehensive size guide on each of our products where you can determine which measurements will fit you best. Please note each products size guide is tailored to the item, so check each item you're looking at separately on their product page. 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

For items not custom made, allow up to 1-7 business days for processing and dispatching. You will then be sent your shipping and tracking details to your customer email.

Some of our premium corsets are custom made to order! It will take about a week for your corset to be made, then it will be shipped straight to you!

The product page for each item will tell you if it is custom made and will require 7-14 business days before dispatch and tracking details are sent to your customer email. We will also notify in your purchase confirmation email which products will require the additional processing time due to being custom made for you.

How long does shipping take?

From dispatch, shipping normally takes between 7 and 21 days worldwide.

Our Roma Costume range is shipped from the USA using the United States Postal Service (USPS), and provides U.S Local and Worldwide International shipping options available at checkout. You can get up-to-date pricing estimates for USPS shipping on their website here. 

The Naughty Kitten Classic and Modern Corset ranges are shipped with DHL from our distribution centres and have a fast, flat rate shipping option. We will provided tracking details for all our products for your convenience.

Why are my items from the same order coming separately?

This may occur if an item in your order needs to be custom made and we require extra processing time to do so, whilst sending the remaining items from your order that are ready to be shipped immediately.

We also have production partners located in various locations, so if your items come from different production partners they will arrive to you separately! You will receive tracking information for each package.

You will not incur extra shipping costs if items are shipped separately.

Where is my order?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm (AEST), excluding Australian Public Holidays, and can take 1 to 7 days to process and dispatch tracking information (7-14 days for custom made items). Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking information.

Where are my tracking details?

Your tracking details will be sent to your customer email once your order has been processed within 1-7 days (7-14 days for custom made items). Don't forget to check your spam folder for tracking details. If you are still having issues, please contact us at info@naughtykittenclothing.com for assistance.

How does Naughty Kitten calculate shipping for single or multiple items?

Naughty Kitten calculates shipping as follows:

The Naughty Kitten Classic and Modern Corset ranges are shipped with DHL from our distribution centres and have a fast, flat rate shipping options based on the cost of your order. Our shipping rates for our corset ranges are:

  • Standard Rate - $1 to $149 = $20 AU
  • Free Shipping - $150 and over = Free

Our Roma Costume range is shipped from the USA, using the United States Postal Service (USPS), and provides U.S Local and Worldwide International shipping options available at checkout. Costume shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. You can get up-to-date pricing estimates for USPS shipping on their website here. 

The distribution centre for our Roma Costume Collections are in the USA, so USPS shipping options provided are for US Local and International postage. The shipping option available are:

  • USPS First - (Local/International)
  • Class USPS Priority - (Local/International)
  • USPS Express - (Local/International)

These options are available at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains BOTH Roma Costumes/Accessories and Corsets, that ONLY the shipping rate for the Roma products will be charged to you. There will be no cost charged for corset products that contain Roma Costume/Accessories in their order.

 

FAQ - Returns

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if the product meets our Refunds & Returns Policy requirements as outlined in full here.

What is the returns process?

We know returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible. Please look at our Returns & Refunds Policy here for the full returns process or contact us via email at returns@naughtykittenclothing.com to begin the process. Only returns processed via our guidelines will be accepted. Please note that we have a 14-day returns policy.

How do I return an item?

Commence the process by emailing returns@naughtykittenclothing.com and we will send you our Returns & Refunds Form. Our team will confirm that the product can be returned and we will then give you postage instructions.

I have received a faulty or wrong item, what do I do?

We're so sorry if you've received a faulty item! Pease email us at returns@naughtykittenclothing.com to commence the returns process.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if you meet the returns criteria. We do not accept exchanges due to change of mind. Store credit, refund, and returns will be processed at the exact same value at the date and time the item was purchased as shown on the purchase invoice.

Why can't I return an item?

  • 14 days has passed since confirmation of receiving item
  • The Returns & Refund process was not followed
  • You do not have proof of purchase
  • Item was marked as "Sale" or "Clearance"
  • The item has been worn or used
  • The item does not have tags, is not in original condition, or have original packaging
  • Not eligible as outlined in the Returns & Refund Policy

I purchased a sale or clearance item?

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items purchased as a "Sale' or "Clearance" item, unless the item has a manufacturers fault deemed by our Returns & Refunds team.
  • We don't want to disappoint our customers, so we communicate clearly at multiple points (cart, checkout, confirmation email) that we are unable to refund or return on these items.

I haven't received my return email confirmation?

  • Ensure that you have followed the Returns & Refunds process correctly.
  • We will respond to your Returns & Refunds application with a confirmation email, within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm AEST) with the Returns & Refund Form, if your purchase details match our Naughty Kitten Clothing records.
  • Check your junk/spam folder
  • Contact Naughty Kitten Clothing for further assistance

Can I return more than 1 order in the same parcel?

  • Yes, if the Returns & Refunds process has been followed prior to returning the items.

Can I return items paid for with Gift Cards?

  • Only if they meet the Returns & Refunds Policy requirements.
  • Items accepted for returns can only be exchanged for an item equal to the cost of the item, or a store credit equal to the returned item and will be provided in the form of a Naughty Kitten Clothing Gift Card.
